Considered by many to be the most delicious of mushrooms, Shiitake are an excellent source of vitamins and protein, and has been scientifically-proven to reduce cholesterol.

Shiitake are much slower-growing than oyster mushrooms, and will take around 3-6months before fruiting - but it's well-worth the wait!
