This is a very easy home-growing mushroom kit. These mushrooms are rated slightly better than the blue/grey oyster mushrooms, but not quite such high yielding. They are regarded as a delicacy, and difficult or impossible to find in the shops. Despite this, they are easy to grow at home, and this kit can provide a plentiful supply of mushrooms for cooking for months, once started.
