Indian Oyster Mushroom Spawn (Pleurotus sajor-caju)

This is a very fast-growing, high-yielding species of oyster mushroom. It tends to grow large singular fungi rather than clumps. Indian oyster prefers warm conditions.

Requires similar growing conditions to the Blue/grey or pink oyster, except that to fruit you need to maintain a daytime temperature of 25-28C with plenty of light.
