Lions Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

This is a most unusual looking mushroom, and not one that you are likely to encounter in the shops. It is extremely tasty - some say it has the flavour reminiscent of lobster. Like some other types of mushroom, Lions Mane is believed to be highly beneficial to health. It prefers sterilised substrates over pasteurised substrates
