Oyster (Pink) Mushroom Spawn

The (probably rye or wheat) grain spawn arrived in a plastic bag. Ten wheat grain bottles were inoculated with the spawn. All of them were colonized well within a week. Sawdust - wood chips - coffee grounds bags were inoculated with the spawn. These are also were colonized very fast. Now they are sitting in a fruiting chamber and just started to develop a massive pinset.
